I sure did fool my family when I made this. They gobbled it up so fast and never asked what was in it. Shhh...I'll never tell! I love that they got a huge serving of veggies and they never knew I love being a sneaky healthy mama!

Looks great! So by the paper still being there I assume you didn't flip it? I made it tonight and had to flip it as it was still just so soft on the bottom despite being dark on top. Was it soft on the bottom not flipping it? I was wondering if maybe I was just being paranoid that it would stay soft.

Kim, the trick is to squeeze out as much water out of the cauli first and then spread the base very thin. I make a double batch and get three large baking trays worth of Pizza. It is not soft at all then.

Hmm I must have steamed it too lightly then. Because I couldn't squeeze jack out of that cauliflower lol. That said, it was delicious. And yeah I only got one pan out of the batch so it needed to be thinner.

That looks delicious! Mine was too soggy the first time, so I'm gonna have to squeeze more water out next time I make it.

Yeah the trick is to squeeze that water out! I squeezed mine after i had pulsed it in the food processor. It's amazing how much comes out.
