Can you be a bit more specific on how much "quite a bit" of stevia might be? A measurement to start... then add.

Hmmm, I don't measure, my stevia is in a shaker and I shake it in. I would think it might take two "doonks" (1/32 tsp) of a pure stevia extract. I am guessing though. Maybe I will make some tomorrow and try to measure, if I do I will report back Maybe another mama will chime in as well.

Would it be possible to make a big batch of the Singing Canary concentrate (before the water is added) and then freeze it into individual portion sizes? I would love to have some on hand in case someone in the family gets sick but I don't want to lose the health benefits in the freezing process. Thoughts?

Hmmm, it might not have quite as big of punch as fresh (but it might, I am just guessing), but I would think it would still be very good for someone who was ill I think it is a great idea.

If you are straining the lemons after blending, why not juice them?

I think you can. But, I understand the reason behind blending is to get all the stuff that's so good for you out of the white part of the lemon, etc.

Is this ok to drink on the Deep S days of the Fuel Cycle?

Gladden Grace, I see this is the second time you've asked this question. Sorry you have not had an answer. I don't see any reason that you can not drink this on deep S days. Cheese, nuts, and yogurt have trace amounts of carbs so that's why they're eliminated from deep S days. I don't see any ingredients to watch out for. Hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong.
