I tried to pull up the stats but they were too blurry for me to see. What are the carbs, calories, fat and protein?

Hmmm, well it adds quite a bit of carbs. Unless you are at or close to goal weight, I wouldn't take that with an S meal. And it is quite high in calories too. But maybe you are at goal weight already? Can't remember. If someone had quite a bit of weight to lose, I would say skip this, if not you could go ahead.

thanks pearl.it had me saying, "hmmmmm" too! i'm three months "baby moon" and have about 10lbs to my goal weight. i was thinking about it for a first thing in the morning before workout type drink and/or 2.5 hours before a meal. i know you said go ahead, but does the above sound like a good time to fit it in? mainly, it's the drink i like in my first trimester of pregnancies because my blood sugar is so low in the morning. thanks for taking the time to reply.
