Well, just got my book today. I understand the Choco Pudding recipe and wondered how much erythritol you would use instead of the Stevia sweeteners? Still trying to figure out how to pair things up. I am just starting . I'm focusing on the S and E meals and wanna learn a few desserts as well. I'd appreciate any help y'all can give me

I would just add a little, then taste. Maybe someone else has more exact amounts.

If you are used to the alternative sweeteners than the choco pudding is great. If you have Erythritol & stevia I would suggest starting w/ 1 tbsp of Erythritol & a sprinkle of stevia. If you don't have stevia than start w/ 1.5 Tbs & taste to see if it needs more. As a tip I will just throw out that the choc desserts take a little more practice to balance the cocoa powder & alt sweetener b/c choc tends to overpower the sweeteners a bit. If you are used to using erythritol than this won't be an issue. I'm just cautioning you so you won't feel discouraged that the recipes aren't good, they really are yummy but that choc to sweetener ratio is a little tricky in the beginning. The pudding is great w/ peanut flour also or lemon. The tummy tucking ice cream is really good. These are all FP. Any of the cream cheese desserts are good, the cheesecake berry crunch is wonderful, quick, & easy. These would fall into the S category. A simple E dessert would be a smoothie with peaches. I hope this helps a little.

Hey Christena, seems like I read somewhere to make a vanilla pudding on your first try. You kind of have to play around with the recipes to adjust it to your taste.
I find myself reaching for the Truvia (bought at Walmart) than the NuNaturals, that I got on Amazon.
I really like the brownie batter smoothie that I read about on one of the blogs. I can shoot you the recipe if you like. It is delish.
Have you tried the skinny chocolate yet? So easy and nice to have after an S meal with a cup of hot herbal tea.

I could never get vanilla to taste right. Too almond milky tasting. I'm guilty of hating the taste of almond milk. But it's good when covered up in other flavourful things:) I'd love the brownie batter smoothie recipie:)
