A nice big filling piece of Special Agent Brownie Cake alongside a huge cup of coffee with plenty of cream. I love you, THM (and you, Pearl, for inspiring this breakfast with your comments about it in the book)! And by the way, if you have not tried the Special Agent Brownie Cake, I strongly suggest it - it's rich and creamy and not bean-y at all! And my 4year-old loves it (as you can see in the pic, where he is sitting mouth open for the first bite!) Attachments:

I have not tried either of those recipes.
My 1 one year old and I shared a shake made from 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 cup water, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla and butter extract, truvia. Yummy.

I had fat strappin frappe here! I love the icy creaminess of it. I tried to do muffin in a mug but had put too much almond flour and flax meal, so I added an exra egg and tried to do a double recipe in the mug but it was an epic fail! I baked that mug for almost twenty minutes in the oven and it was nasty and runny in the middle. Next time I will pay attention to how many TB spoons I put in lol!

The whole fam had crepes sweetened with vanilla, nunaturals & cinnamon. We stuffed them with berries heated in a saucepan w/glucommanan to thicken and topped with a drizzle of butter, chopped walnuts and a squeeze of lemon. YUM!!!!!

Such yummy breakfasts everyone!! We were preparing for friends to come over, so I had two Easy Peasy muffins and a cup of coffee. I still can't get over those muffins..........who would have ever thought that muffins made out of flax meal could even possibly be so yummy?!?! I made another batch yesterday for our friends that were coming over and there were only 2 left when we were done eating. There was SO much other food on the table that I was surprised they were almost all eaten. I love them!!
