..or any eggs with runny yolk when cooked.....
This is a silly question, but how do you eat it without bread unless you want to make it an S helper? Or do you only use the S bread?
It seemed like the recipe for Serene's steamed eggs doesn't use S bread.

You cut the egg whites up with your fork or spoon, let the yolks run all over them, scoop them up, put them in your mouth and swallow! Lol

Sauté spinach, garlic, & mushrooms in butter. Put your eggs on top so all the yummy gooey yolk mixes with the veggies....so good!

Ok, that's kind of what I thought...I've never done it that way since I'm so used to dipping with bread. I'll have to try this.

You could also try it with a Joseph's pita if you need that bread feel or maybe Bread in a Mug toasted (I've never tried BIM so I can't personally testify to how it compares with toast) This would work for anytime outside of a FC.

I just eat mine with a fork, sometimes with a bit of cheese on top. I used to love to dip bread as a kid....we called them "dippy eggs". Of course, always with white bread. :/

You could use an S bread with it, right? I haven't delved into anything like that yet.

My breakfast most mornings is bread in a mug (I make it in a bowl) sliced in half lengthwise (like a hamburger bun) topped with eggs fried in coconut oil and nutritional yeast. It is delicious!
I think you could also use oopsie bread (I haven't made that yet....that may be this weekend's project!)

I just always wondered because I was used to "dipping" eggs, but the way the recipe was written doesn't sound like it used bread. I sometimes do an S Helper by adding a slice of Ezekiel bread. Love that, too.

I have a scoop of lowfat cottage cheese on the side and mix that with my leftover "goody."
