I love stuffed cabbage rolls since I was a child. When I saw recipe in the book I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a little different from what I use to eat as a child due to no rice or carrots in them, but me and my cousin though of a good substitute for rice. We decided to make it with cauliflower instead of green papers and it turned out to be amazing. Looking forward to making them again.

We tried this acouple weeks ago. It was good. I did just make mine in the oven, not in the crockpot.
