Just double checking on this...I thought that anything with red meat (ground beef) would automatically be an S??? Gwen's E Beef Stroganoff

Some mamas use extra lean rinsed in very hot water, I choose to keep it simple and keep it S

Or maybe you could use a leaner gr meat, like turkey or chicken so you don't have to worry about it.

Caribou is so much better. I had a family friend that was Inuit status and could hunt caribou. Doesn't taste gamey and so lean you need to add fat. I miss that kind of meat.
