I have this recipe and would like to be sure it's E.
Apple, PB, Cinnamon, Oatmeal Smoothie
1/4 cup uncooked outs 1/2 tsp dried chia seeds 1 cup almond milk 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt 3/4 cup applesauce 2 Tbs PB flour 1/2 tsp cinnamon Stevia to taste
Thanks

I would say yes, I don't know what the serving size for chia seeds is or how much fat is in your brand so that would be the only thing I would check on! Maybe choose non-fat yogurt if the fat from the yogurt + the chia seeds goes over 5 grams

Hmm, is it unsweetened yogurt and applesauce? I think you would need to keep the peanut flour to 1 tbsp.

Also, is Greek yogurt the only plan approved?

Unsweeted plain yogurt is ok in an E setting, 0% Greek is recommended because of the high protein content

O.k. that's good to know... I didn't realize we could have other than Greek. (I love the greek)

The recipe doesn't specify but we make our own yogurt so good there and I can applesauce so another plus totally unsweetened. The recipe is for 1 serving equaling about 2 cups. I am totally good with leaving the chia seeds out or cutting back, they are so expensive I try and use them sparingly. And drop the PB flour to 1 tbsp got it! It's a good "thick" one so that's why I wanted to keep this one in my stash. Thanks ladies

Everyone else helped you out with the other ingredients, I just wanted to add that the 1/2 tsp of chia seeds should work in this recipe.
