I don't want to be too strict on amounts but when it says liberal butter or coconut oil, does that mean it doesn't matter at all how much you are consuming. I mean I can take out a whole recipe worth of skinny chocolate in one sitting, ;D...I just want to know if that is ok on an s snack or only just a few pieces. I am nursing too, not sure if this makes me eat so much more or not, I just love coconut oil.

Extra virgin coconut oil is so good for you, and it also speeds your metabolism. But if you eat too much too fast, as well as any other fat, it will make you feel sick. So don't go completely crazy, but definitely enjoy it. Especially if you're nursing and hungry. You'll probably start to figure out how much is good for you. Your body responds pretty quickly with fats to tell you that it's had enough. That's why you can't eat a lot of rich food. So after a while you'll know how much is good for you. Remember that you don't want to gorge on calories either. Fats are calorie dense, so especially for the butter, just be reasonable. You might want to splurge sometimes, and other times you can hold off a bit. That's fine. If you aren't seeing steady weight loss, you might be consuming too many calories, but if you're doing well with weight loss you should be fine. No measured serving size, sorry. Just be reasonable but enjoy your skinny chocolate too!
