Hemp Hearts-Raw Shelled Hemp seeds I picked up a bag of these at Costco. They are from Manitoba Harvest. Where on the food plan would these fit? They can be added to smoothies, sprinkled on salads, added to yogurt, etc.
Here are the nutrition facts: Serving size: 3 Tbs (I usually only use 1 T.) Calories 170 Total fat 13 g Total Carbs 3 g Fiber 3 g Protein 10 g
Thanks for the help!

Hemp seeds are good for S. Although if you wanted just a tiny sprinkle you could use it in E as well. But just a very small sprinkle.

Hemp Hearts give you LOTS of energy. I mean it! When I was PG with my last little and was feeling I needed a pick up and not really hungry, I'd take 1/2 of an avocado, hemp hearts, lemon juice, garlic powder, pink himalayan salt, and a dash of cayenne and yum! I had protein & energy to keep me going. Remember in the book how hemp hearts kept Serene & Pearl up all night?
