Trying to make life as simple as possible. I see that on the Smeals it calls for full fat/reduced fat cottage cheese and then in the Emeals it calls for low/non-fat cottage cheese.
Is reduced & low-fat the same thing? It's hard having so many different containers and keeping them all in check especially on grocery shopping day to know which ones you will need and which ones you will not. And can't afford to be throwing out things that go bad. Thanks

We buy low fat (1%) cottage cheese and use it for everything but if someone only liked full fat cottage cheese then they can use that for S but not E. So lowfat cottage cheese is a better budget option if that is your main concern. We wanted to give people options. Reduced fat and low fat are basically the same thing. Some people like to use 2% cottage cheese since they are able to find one without fillers and they use that for everything. We consider that more reduced fat than low fat but that is just our own labelling.

So is it okay to use 2% cottage cheese for E meals? I just did that for the Trim pancakes, made with Nancy's cultured 2%...is that alright?
