6:00 Three eggs in butter for breakfast.
9:00 Cheese and nuts.
12:00 with husband..we'll see for rest of day:)

Before exercise: FP 1 c. Kefir 1/2 c. Strawberries 1 Tbsp chia seeds B- 'S' 2/3 c. Cacao Nib Granola with 1/2c. Kefir and 1/2c. Dry cottage cheese Sn- FP strawberry gelatin and cottage cheese L - E- tomato soup 1 c. Navy beans 1 slice toast Sn- S- coconut divine fudge S- not sure Will be trying to get my 4 litres if water in again.
