Hi everyone, I'm still confused by the recipes that say S, E, or fuel pull beside them. For example, the ricotta-berry parfait and the cottage cheese berry whip from the trim healthy mama dessert section. How could I eat these recipes as an S, E, or fuel pull? Thanks!!

When you see all 3 fuel types on a recipe it means that the basic recipe is FP but can be adjusted to be either S by adding fats or E by adding carbs. Or it can be paired with either an S, E, or FP meal.
