The first printing of the book does omit some ingredients and directions in the following recipes. If you've got an earlier copy, then grab your pen, and go ahead and jot these right into the book!
These are already corrected in the e-books and subsequent printings.
*Trim Healthy Panbread (page 266) should call for one cup of egg whites
*Special Occasion Chocolate Cake (page 384) should call for 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
*Ginger Snaps (page 389) call for atleast 2-3 tsp of ginger powder and sweetener to taste. Shake in several or more good shakes of Nustevia extract powder or use 6-8 tsp. Truvia.
*Mini Chocolate Cakes for Purists (p. 382) Uses whole eggs (not whites) and bakes at 350*.
*Egg White Wraps (p.274) updated to only use 2 T of psyllium husks...not powder as listed in the book. If you have the powder, then you only need 2 1/2 tsp to make this recipe. You can make the recipe with no psyllium, or you can sub flax seed meal for a light S version.
*Coconut Divine Fudge Squares (p 398) uses 7 oz. packets of coconut concentrate.
Unless otherwise specified, all baking temps are 350*.
