Ingredients: 1 ½ cups almond flour ¼ cup coconut flour 2 tablespoons cocoa powder ¼ teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon baking soda 3 eggs THM Sweetener to taste Filling & Topping: 2 cups heavy cream THM sweetener to taste 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, & sweetener Add in eggs Scoop batter into lined cupcake cups Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes Cool cupcakes completely and set aside In a large bowl, whip cream, THM sweetener and vanilla Top each one with a dollop of whipped cream and strawberries www.thelaundrymoms.com/chocolate-strawberry-shortcake/

I made this for dessert last night & had enough leftover to enjoy for breakfast w/ a cup of coffee  . Delicious!!!
