Trim Healthy Mama “Slider Buns" – Big Time Drool!
Another awesome recipe from Jennifer – S stands for satisfying on the THM plan and these fit that bill perfectly. Don’t put scrumptious patties like these between blood sugar spiking, regular white rolls. This is a wiser, much kinder to the waistline idea. Simply layer Patties, caramelized onions and garlic, white cheddar and crispy bacon between the buns.
To make the buns: 2 eggs, 1/4 C 0% Greek yogurt, 1/4 C almond milk, 2 T water, 2 T cream, 2 T butter, melted, 1/4 C almond flour, 1/4 C coconut flour, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp THM sweet blend, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/32 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, 1/16 tsp (each) onion powder, pepper and garlic powder
Mix wet ingredients together with a hand mixer, add in remaining ingredients. Cook in muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray on 300 for 20 minutes.

You could have several, since they are little burgers, but I am not sure exactly how many it makes.
