Eggs glorious eggs! I love them fried, poached, scrambled, whisked into an omelet or in a savory quiche. I snapped this pic of my delicous breakfast this morning because I want you to see how simple and easy eating the THM way can be. Sometimes I’ll only have a couple of fried eggs but this morning I was hungry so I felt like three was the magic number. My mother’s home grown tomatoes are coming in… I’m a blessed lady this morning! I top my eggs with high mineral sea salt, cayenne pepper and Nutritional Yeast.
