This meal is a favorite of ours, but I haven't been making it due to the "normal" recipe. It is as follows: 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (16-oz.) container sour cream
3 teaspoons poppy seeds
31 round buttery crackers, crushed 1/4 cup butter, melted
Preparation
1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
2. Stir together cracker crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle evenly over casserole.
3. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
This meal is normally served over rice so would be an E meal if using 3/4 rice. It could be an S meal if used with cauliflower, if I'm thinking right. The replacements of this recipe needs to be the cream of chicken soup and the crackers. Right? So... I'm kinda lost to the plan of action. Ugh! Too much thinking for this feeble mind of mine.

Yes, if you THMify the recipe, it would be an S served with cauliflower. You would probably need to make your own cream of mushroom soup. Maybe someone else has a suggestion on the crackers. I would just use one of the S breads, crumbled on top, maybe.

Try using bread crumbs made from Joseph's lavash bread.
