Tried this recipe last night and although it wasn't a circle or oblong it was awesome! So many possibilities I am excited! And cheap too! I made some Buffalo Chicken Pate and spread it on them with some lettuce yummy!! Rolled up perfectly too! Hint instead of trying to find a rolling flour to roll it out on use parchment paper! One under and one over I found 25 ft of parchment at the Dollar Store for $1 (not family dollar). Dreamin' of the possibilities! www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5UtbGQ9c6Y

It looks so awesome. So did you use it in parchment? Did you need to oil it? Did you toast the cumin and add that?

I just rolled it out flat in the parchment didn't need to use the parch after the cooking at all. Its sticky'ish when rolling out and I didnt have any other kind of flour to use for rolling so I used the parchment and it worked great. I oiled the pan that i cooked it in not much though, I used about a tablespoon altogether and next I will start with less as it was soaked up pretty good the first time. I didnt cook my cumin since I only had ground cumin and just sprinkled it in the flax before the water. I am thinking of mixing some "Nooch" nutritional yeast and garlic in next time and making crackers for the kids, baking them though. (cheaper than real thing lol) they wont know .
