I am trying to put together S & E meals. I have read the first 3 chapters of the book and I think I get the jest of it. Please clarify. One is low carb (E) and the other is low fat (S)? Also for the shrinker drinks can I just use Chai tea instead of Oolong? My Chai tea bags don't have anything added but the spices. I would then add unsweetened Almond milk and Truvia as well as the cayenne pepper??

Priss65. E meals feature an appropriate amount of carbs as your fuel source. S meals use fat as your fuel source. Chapter 8 and 9, pages 65- 88 go over each of these meal types in more detail. :-)

I imagine you could try chai tea and see how you like it in the shrinker. However, the oolong tea is supposed to be weight loss promoting.
