How does the fat content compare? Is the carton kind more like light or full-fat? S or E?

The carton is more light than both versions of canned coconut milk. But the carton kind is still more S for a full cup. It has a bit more fat than unsweetened almond milk for some reason. If you use 3/4 cup carton coconut milk diluted with 1/4 cup water it works for FP and E purposes (like smoothies) aswell as S purposes. With canned, full fat is only for S but the light style can be used as 1/4-1/3 cup of milk with extra water to be brought up to a full cup for E or FP. Hope that makes sense.

Thank-you! That is very helpful. Dh and I are just about to leave for our weekly breakfast/errand date. I prefer the coconut milk, so it will be great to be able to use that.
