I just made a fabulous version of the Shrinker for myself using these pumpkin chai tea bags I bought today and subbing pumpkin pie spice in the place of cinnamon, and oh golly, it tastes like I'm drinking pumpkin pie. But my question is, does the tea in the Shrinker HAVE to be Oolong, or can it be any kind of tea at all (white, black, green, chai, etc)?
(I seriously hope it can just be any tea, because I have found my new favorite drink and you are going to have to pry it from my cold dead fingers. )

Glad I saw this, I got the oolong, but the caffeine is not my friend. Is oolong available in decaf? Is the rooibos a naturally decaf'ed tea?
TIA!

You can buy oolong in decaf, though it may lose some of its effect. I just haven't drank it because I'm caffeine sensitive and can't find it in decaf in stores near me.
Rooibos is naturally caffeine free.
