i haven't been able to make a special trip to a store that carries wasa crackers yet, but my tjs carries akmak crackers. Would these work on plan? They are not sprouted or sourdough, but they are 100% organic stone ground whole wheat. 5 crackers have 110 calories, 2g fat, 20g carbs, 4g fiber. I've been eating just 2-3 topped with Laughing cow cheese, thinking I'm eating a FP?

Sorry I just saw this, they wouldn't be ideal since the wheat isn't soured or sprouted. If you choose to eat them on occasion, I would keep them E because of the way wheat effects blood sugar.
