Pre-Breakfast~ Turkey sandwich: sprouted bread, turkey, mustard (E) Breakfast~ Eggs, summer squash (S) Lunch~ Leftover chicken, broccoli salad (S) Snack~ Celery and peanut butter (S) Supper~ Stuffed Peppers (thinking I might just do Cheeseburger Pie as stuffing w/Greek yogurt instead of mayo) (S) Dessert~ Pumpkin Pie Shake (S)
Sipping~ Iced Oolong, Singing Canary
Once again nursing mama up having a "pre-breakfast" and something super easy to fix, lol. Leaving town for a couple of weeks, so trying to use up the food in the fridge.

B: E. 2 slices desem bread, 1/2 banana, iced mocha trimmy.
Sn: FP PB Choco gluccie pudding
L: FP veggie chicken soup w/Konjac noodles, 1/2 can tuna and fat free mayo (someone gave me a jar so we are using it) on lettuce. Big boy smoothie with small handful cranberries.
Sn: S skinny chocolate and meringues
S: E chicken chickpea stew/chilli...or an S with eggs and veggies.
