B: (E) rice, blueberry and yogurt salad L: (E) chicken, rice, and lettuce salad This was our first E day on our fuel cycle. We ended up going to the city so I didn't have enuf things along to keep me and my daughter both on plan so, I let her have what we packed since she's already lost 10 lbs. I was off plan for snack and supper. Back on plan today. But, going away again so I'm sure something will be off.

Yesterday's menu: B: egg/cottage cheese scramble (S) L: bacon/egg/avocado/tomatoe salad on josephs pita bread (S) Sn: pecans (I will admit I ate way too many of them.....) D: chicken breast and asparagus (S) Dessert: dark chocolate chips (again I ate too many....)
Today's menu: B: FP waffle with strawberries (FP) L: Waldorf salad Sn: undecided, but hopefully FP D: undecided but probably an S meat with a salad
