Breakfast~ Eggs cooked in red palm and refined coconut oil over kale cooked in red palm and pastured butter (S) Lunch~ Salmon nuggets cooked in refined coconut oil with horseradish mustard for dipping, buttered broccoli, Skinny Chocolate (S) Snack~ Earth Milk S style with a scoop of protein in my portion (S) Supper~ Corned Beef and Cabbage (S) Dessert~ Tummy Tucking Ice Cream with Skinny Chocolate drizzle (S)
Sipping~ Iced Oolong, Cider Pop
I am starting a Deep S day of the FC.

Lu. (S) salmon, sauteed zucchini, onions, fresh tomatoes, olive oil
Sn. (S) oat fiber buns, choc. p.nut butter spread, few bites of stuff I'm cooking.
Sn. (S) eggs, on oat fiber rolls, p. nut butter cookies
Su. (E) quinoa, deer meat, cabbage, mung bean, etc. stirfry

B: (E) plain old oatmeal 1 quart fennel tea L: (FP) lettuce, cukes, green pepper, and tuna salad. FP ranch dip for a dressing. FSF. Sn: (S) Briana Thomas' buckeyes. (3) 1 quart fennel tea S: (S) scrambled eggs, steamed and buttered cabbage and onions. D: (S) 2 buckeyes, small piece on plan magic cookie bars, Full recipe of apple pie sip.
