Hi, this is my third day ive read the book but need to read it again. Its all still confusing to me but i hope i'm getting it right! lol here is my food for today (most is already eaten only have dinner left lol ) And i was wondering if i could get some input on if i'm correct on S and E interpretation thanks Breakfast 9am-930 - 2 fried eggs in butter with turmeric and 1/2 cup greek fage yogurt with frozen diced unsweetened strawberries on top - S? Lunch 1230-1 - sheep peppersteak sauteed with coconut oil and green pepper and a few peas and the zucchini fries in egg batter and sauteed in coconut oil - S? Snack 4pm to current (its 4:19pm) had a whey protein shake in almond milk (1/2 cup) and some unsweetened frozen strawberries (1/4 cup) unsure what this qualifies as S or E Dinner 7pm-730 - black beans (homemade) 1 cup, 1/2 cup of brown rice (seasonings) and lettuce with vinegarette and green apple E? Thanks for your help!!!

Hi! Your breakfast and lunch are S meals. Your snack might be a FP actually depending on the exact ingredients and amounts you used. Almond milk and strawberries are FP forsure...what else did you put into your shake? Your dinner is an E. Looks like you are doing well so far! Hope everything is going well for you!

Ruthrn is right. My only suggestion would be to have added a little chicken breasts to your dinner.

I agree with the above comments, yes dinner was an E except there is not a low fat protein source. I'm seeing quite a high amount of carbs, though. The added apple is too much for the full serving of beans and quinoa, unless I'm wrong, I'm happy to be corrected! Yes, 1 1/2 cups beans is a full serving so maybe only 1/2 an apple to keep the carbs in their safe spot.

Thanks guys!!! I really really appreciate the input!! I'm just getting going so its so helpful to read your comments! I'm out of eggs today so i gotta figure something else out for today lol (eggs are my go to yummy healthy item) i may fast today for the day to shrink my tummy a bit and restart tomorrow since i've still been hungry all three days and i know i'm eating enough! I'm waiting on my whey powder, and stevia products and konjac root powder stuff so i can't make any sweets at this time (i'm a huge sugar craving sorta gal) i think thats why i'm still hungry i always crave that sweet end to almost every meal. My Amazon order shipped this am so hoping to get it all soon THanks again

I would personally not want to fast and put my body into starvation mode (except for religious reasons ). Maybe you have things you could use on plan? Such as beans, oatmeal, p.nut butter, etc. A lot of times when I think I'm out of food (that is food I want to eat.. ) I find I can still find stuff in the pantry to eat...
