I try to eat at least one E meal per day but I am always hungry a couple hours afterward. What can I do/eat that soon afterwards and still lose weight? For example, tonight I had a black bean chicken quesadilla (low carb tortilla) with a tablespoon of cheese, with a small dollop of 0% Greek Yogurt and a spoonful of on plan salsa. I had a cup of tea for desert. I was hungry just a little while later.

How much chicken was in there? Enough to give you 20 grams protein? If not, then finishing an E meal with a fat stripping frappa or a big boy smoothie is a very good option. It will keep you full longer. Did you have close to 45 grams carbs? Try to eat close to the limit for carbs. You could eat 1/2 an apple, or cottage berry whip for dessert.

Thanks, susieq! I doubt I had 20 grams protein. That is probably the reason I was so hungry. We have had a lot of icy weather or I probably would have tried the frappe or smoothie. I also just got most of my ingredients since I had to order them online. Thanks for the tips and support!

I am thinking this sounds like it could be FP, as susieq mentioned I would add some more E fuel. I also would need more protein to hold me for 3ish hours. Lots of protein seem to be the key most of time for E for me as well.
