I am drinking my first cup of coffee today (for real!) so I am a coffee newcomer. I know I saw it in the book but I can't remember - what can you use in your coffee for E meals? Is almond milk OK?

I sometimes do a tsp. of vanilla extract in mine with the Almond milk and truvia.

almond milk is neutral, so a good option for either E or S.
I'm wondering about fat free half and half - is that too much of a frankenfood?

When it's cold, I have to have a hot cup of coffee in the morning to get going. I love using heavy cream for S days, but for the Fuel Pull and E days, I use Reddi Whip Fat Free whipped topping (It's in the dairy section). It has 0 grams of fat and 1 gram of carbs. I put it in my cup first, with a few sprinkles of Nunaturals stevia and fill up with hot coffee. Lovely!!
