I am being told to eat 80% carbs 10% fat 10% protein. This is from my vegetarian husband who has been hearing about the China study on YouTube. He says anymore that 10% animal protein turns on cancer. I am very slim and healthy on THM for about 2 years. He thinks I eat too low carb. And that as a result I don't have enough energy. I am energetic but not running marathons. What do I do. I do not want to eat a constant low fat diet because it is soooo unsatisfying. He refuses to eat any fats basically at all. Any advice appreciated. Any one know about the China study or why or how to explain we shouldn't eat vegan bananas and sugar all day. Thanks.
