Hi! So I am still trying to figure out the plan, and I have a question about spacing meals/snacks. If it is late afternoon and I am hungry, but have planned dinner in an hour, can I fix a FP snack? I get that FP snacks aren't "free" calorie-wise, but do I need to wait three hours between a FP snack and an E or S dinner? I know that is a little muddled, but the more info on this I can gather the better!

There is a time when using a fuel pull like this is ok. It would be best to not plan on doing this regularly, though, and try to have well spaced meals and snacks.

Okay, that makes sense. I'm more interested in this theoretically; usually the meals keep me very satisfied for 3 hours. I'm just trying to understand the concept of fuel pull better. I just keep seeing different answers over on the Facebook group, and I get really confused, haha. I am probably over-thinking all of this. But thank you for your help!

A fuel pull meal is generally used for your meal or snack abiding by the 3-4 hour wait between a meal or snack of any source.
