Is this on plan, I don't see sugar listed in the ingedients, just nutrition section. I think triple 0 has to many carbs (15 carbs)

Is that actually Greek yogurt, or just nonfat? Any unsweetened Greek yogurt is on plan. Full fat for S. Lowfat for any fuel type.If it is non fat, but not Greek you can have some in an E setting. The triple 000 is actually on plan, as it uses on plan sweeteners. However you are right. It is a little higher in carbs. And needs to be not used as freely. Also another interesting thing is it appears the triple 000 has no live probiotics.

Thanks, yes this is a greek yogurt. So I don't worry as much about the sugars listed because they were not added. Is this correct. If so I much prefer this over triple 000. Much more versatile with receipes because of no fat and low carbs.

That's right, you don't worry when the sugars in yogurt are naturally occurring and not from added sweeteners. Sounds like you have found a good yogurt, then!
