Hello,
I am starting this thread to find out if there are any other people out there not using some of the recommended sweeteners like erythritol or xylitol.
I also want to start a thread where we can share whole grain, natural, and clean eating ideas. I have been struggling with the idea of these sweeteners but would still like to stick to the plan. And I also just need some help figuring out what a whole grain natural meal would look like. So please feel free to comment with your advice.

Looks yummy! You could substitute radishes, maybe, for the potatoes, to keep it on plan.
