We are doing a small fruit and veggie co-op. It has been great as I get lots of fruit and veggies and my whole family has benefited. My question is, right now, pineapple and grapefruit are in my box fairly regularly. Can these reasonably be incorporated in to this style of eating? I love them both but haven't seen much in the book or on line other than the broiled grapefruit and saying to stay away from pineapple in the S meals. One way I think worked is that I had a snack yesterday after I worked out of 1/2 cup greek yogurt with 1/4-1/3 cup chunked pineapple mixed in. Was that ok? Info would be greatly appreciated.

Fruit is best in an E setting. Grapefruit doesn't have a high glycemic load, but pineapple does. The small amount of pineapple with Greek yogurt should be ok:)
