I want to learn how to make kefir, and I've seen some different recipes that call for a quart of milk, but they say different amounts of kefir grains to put in. The kefir recipe in the THM book says to use 1/2 cup kefir grains for 1 quart of milk, and another recipe on the web says to use 1 Tbsp of grains for 1 quart of milk! Does anyone have experience with a kefir recipe that you know works well, because I don't know which one of these recipes to try. Thank you!

I haven't made it, but, I'd start with the recipie in the book:)
