Early AM: orange, sunflower seeds =E Breakfast: 3 egg and veggie omelet, cup of almond milk =S Lunch: eggplant salad, 1/2 avocado = S Snack: keifer and pear = E Supper: fish with squash and green beans in butter. Rhubarb custard with strawberry topping and baked crumbs. =S
Supper: (E) pizza on fermented bread crust, really lean ground beef and pizza sauce with loads of onions, very light sprinkle of cheese
Snack: peanut butter rolls. I was out of xylitol so I did use a bit of sugar, otherwise I used my fermented bread dough to make these. So it's actually off plan because of the sugar and otherwise it would have been a crossover. Once I have xylitol, these will be such a great C/O indulgence!!
Blessed and Steffanie, since you both posted having Sheri Graham's no bakes in your menu last week, I finally decided to try them. They are really good! And I only used stevia to sweeten. I love the chewy/fudgy texture.
Today's menu: B: two boiled eggs (S) Sn: light wasa crackers with turkey and LLCC (FP) L: winter kale salad (S) Sn: peanut crunch (S) D: sausage, steamed broccoli, large salad (S) Dessert: 5 ingredient white cake (S)
Tomorrow's menu: B: thm pancakes (E) Sn: apple and a few nuts (E) L: large salad with bread in a mug (S) Sn: on plan chocolate chip cookies (S) D: not sure yet; I'm currently on a road trip with my mom and sister and we are eating dinner out (probably will be an S meal) Dessert: basic cheesecake (S)

queen: Probably a good idea to start a topic asking about it. Generally, I think they want you to use the whole grains rather than something made from brown rice flour, but maybe there's more to know about it.

marmee: One question: if I have early morning coffee with coconut oil ( or if I choose cream) are they considered a snack, should I wait 3 hours before eating? If I eat an S meal soon there after am I ok? Would that be a problem if I eat an E meal soon after?

queen: If you eat an S meal within an hour of your oil/cream coffee, it is all considered the same meal. Otherwise, you need to wait the 3 hours.

queen: If you are in weight loss mode, you avoid them. Maybe throw in one or two a month if you aren't losing well. It can help to shake things up and get losses started again.
