Breakfast~ bacon, Singing Canary with scoop of protein (pumped up with collagen and l-glutamine as well) (S) Lunch~ Eggs over kale (S) Snack~ Canary smoothie (FP) Supper~ Baked fish, broccoli (FP)
Sipping~ Cranberry Wassail, iced tea

B: 2 boiled eggs (S) Sn: light wasa crackers with LLCC and turkey (FP) L: Joseph's lavish bread with lettuce, tomatoe, pepper, turkey, LLCC, cheddar cheese (S) Sn: FP muffin in a mug (FP) D: Parmesan meatballs and salad (S) Dessert: chocolate chip cookie dough in a mug (FP)
