Ruthrn, how do you like the blondie bar? Is it the one from Amanda Coers? I tried it, but I don't really like it. Maybe using xylitol or sweet blend would help. The flavour was ok, but the texture was not quite right for me, unless I didn't make it right. I think I followed the recipe exactly.

Hi! Yes, that's the recipe I used! I liked the blondie bars but I would have to say that they aren't my favorite dessert. I did use truvia instead of xylitol and I topped it with a bit of whipped cream which I found improved the taste and texture.
