Today
B: (E) fruit salad: 3/4 cup leftover cooked barley, 1/3 c yogurt, 1/3 c dry cottage cheese, strawberries, sweetener.
Sn: (light S) FSF with 1 tbsp peanut butter
L: (S) 2 fried eggs, green bean fries, sausage
Sn: 1/2 nectarine, sm handful almonds
S: (S) salad: lettuce, tomato, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, few carrot pieces, garden cukes, ranch dressing.
Sn: (E) Apple, PB, and a smear of yogurt.
Currently 13 weeks pregnant. At this stage I feel like the FP snacks are doing well for me. At a later time, probably 25-30 weeks I will switch to 'E' snacks and 'S Helper' meals. I usually am more insulin resistant toward the end of pregnancy. My goal is to eat 2 'E' meals a day.
I'm working hard at keeping my meals and snacks 2 1/2- 3 hrs apart. I'm happy to feel true hunger when it is time to eat.
Started workouts again today after being very lazy in the last 2 months. I'm trying moms into fitness new pregnancy workout. It has different workouts for each trimester.
