Hi! No, I found both recipes online but I can't remember where so I will post them both here.
Peanutbutter crunch (S) 2 scoops protein powder 1/2 cup peanut flour 1/3 cup truvia or equivalent amount of your desired sweetener 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking soda Combine dry ingredients. Drizzle coconut oil into dry ingredients while stiring with a fork (should be crumbly). Dump onto parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes at 300 degrees (stir while it is hot; it crisps up as it cools).
Broccoli salad (S) 2 cups broccoli (cut up) 1/8 cup red onion (finely diced) 4 ounces cheddar cheese (cubed) 4 slices bacon (pre-cooked and chopped) 1/8 cup sliced almonds Dressing: 1/4 cup light mayo 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 TBSP lemon juice 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar 1 TBSP sweetener (I do 1/2 TBSP) 1/4 tsp salt and pepper Mix dressing and then pour over the main salad ingredients and mix. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
