What is the best source for kefir grains? I would like to learn to make my own kefir.

Check out Cultures for Health. They sell lots of different cultures, online, to make your own cultured foods. The best place, though, is to find someone who makes kefir and have them give you some.

I recently purchased some kefir grains from eBay. I have been making kefir now for about a month and the grains are growing and the kefir is fantastic. I paid $8.00 in total. I am in Australia.
