I found this recipe for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk FroCHO recipe www.chobani.com/blog/2013/08/peanut-butter-chocolate-chunk-frocho/I am wondering if it is ok and all on plan and where it would fall. Has anyone tried it? Also, if I make oat flour tortillas would they be plan and what would they be considered? I am thinking E? I am wanting to use them to make enchiladas. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. Karen

The chobani recipe would be a light S. You could pair it with an S meal. To lighten it and possibly make it FP, you could use peanut flour instead of peanut butter and use skinny chocolate or 85% chocolate. Give yourself 1/4 of that recipe and you would have a FP for a snack or if you don't have any other fats in your meal you could have this as a dessert.
The oat flour tortillas would fall under the E category as long as your serving has only 5 grams fat.

Thanks SusieQ! I have always enjoyed making my own homemade tortillas. I have never made them with oat flour, but I thought I would give it a shot.
