Hi All!
I recently discovered that my baby boy has a serious dairy allergy. First time introducing baby food mac and cheese with vegetables to him almost landed us at the ER. Very scary. He is 9 months so I have a couple months to transition the house to being mostly dairy free before he's eating all his meals with us. SO thankful for all the dairy free recipes in the cookbook! I did have some questions in regards to the recipes.
Has anyone tried freezing the cheese recipes like hello cheese? If so did it freeze well?
Has anyone tried using a homemade baking blend like Brianna's baking blend in place of the THM baking blend? If so did it work?
I appreciate any info. Thanks so much!
*** Update my baby boy is now 13months old and can tolerate goats milk products! Yay!! SO we mostly use those. I do still make the hello cheese but because I love it just plain. I tried using a homemade baking blend recipe I got from Indigo Nilli on youtube and it worked great. I have yet to freeze it and would still love to know if anyone has tried.

I've never tried freezing the hello cheese. I have made a baking blend sub, not Briana's though. It wasn't good at all:(
