I need to create a baking mix without almond flour. The recipes I have found call for oat flour or oat fiber. Are these the same thing? Also when adding psyllium husks, should they be they whole husk, or ground husks? I've seen both options. Thanks!

Oat fiber is very different from oat flour. Oat flour is ground up oats. You can grind oatmeal in your blender or coffee grinder to make oat flour. Oat fiber is just fiber. It has no nutritional value and no calories. Oat fiber usually has to be bought online, but some have found it at big health food stores like Whole Foods.
Psyllium husks is what you are looking for for THM stuff. You want the whole husks because they add some lightness to the recipes. You can use the powdered psyllium, but the ratio is to sub 1 tsp of powdered for 1 T. of whole husks.
