Is the Spectrum expeller pressed organic coconut oil the same as extra virgin coconut oil?

Also, it says it is refined.

I looked at that at my store, but I was thinking the the "refined" part means not extra virgin. So instead I ordered Nutiva from Swanson when I ordered my whey protein powder.
BTW, the refined is good too, it just doesn't have as many of the health benefits. but it's still the medium chain fatty acids (is that what I meant to say?). I use Louanna a lot, even for skinny chocolate before I got my EVCO.

and if you want RAW that's different as well. nutiva is extra virgin but not raw (they heat to 117). earth circle organics seems to have a good price on the raw gallon (around $50).
