I'm sorry if this has been brought up before. I've skimmed the board and didn't find the answer. I do have the book and am trying to find time to read it, but also need to get started. I am pregnant and overweight. How do I choose between the S meals and the E meals? What chapter do I need to read to figure that out?

Chapter 11 but please do not skip. You won't lay the right foundation if you don't read through chapter by chapter, atleast until the recipes. Just find a few minutes a day, don't jump in yet. Let the info sink in and then when you begin you won't feel so overwhelmed. No skipping. Promise?
