Hi, if there's any others out there from Australia, maybe we could share our sources for finding some of the THM ingredients.
I just found out Woolworths sell the konjac noodles. They're called Changs wok-ready noodles low carb. If anyone knows where you can get the glucomman powder I'd be interested. I hear it's not legal to sell as a powder here!! Can only find capsules so far. Woolworths also have the organic golden flax meal. 500g for about $6
And the local Asian supermarket had channa dahl. They are also a cheaper alternative if you're looking for chic-pea flour or some of the other unusual flours that are sometimes overpriced in the health food shops.
ProfessionalWhey.com.au have NZ pasture fed undenatured, naturally sweetened whey protein powder in 3 flavours (about $35). They also have cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil (4L for $109) and organic chia seeds (1kg about $30) and $12 flat rate postage anywhere in Australia. I got my order within 36 hours of ordering it.
Shalom, Racheal

Oh, and www.herbwholesalers.com/ are a great source for bulk herbs. For example 1kg of alfalfa powder is about $31. Much cheaper than the little pack of capsules that only lasts about a month from the health food store.
