I know Serene shared her story about two of her prenancys in the book but I'm still kind of confused on how to work the plan while pregnant. I have about 15-25lbs to lose and I just found out I am pregnant with our 3rd. I've been incorporating FP's as some snacks and have been trying to include 1 FP a day for a meal when I can. Can we still eat FP's while pregnant? Do we just stick to S & E or does the baby need even more nourishment? I usually gain 60lbs or so and am really not wanting that much weight again as it is super hard on my body.

You can include Fuel Pulls as snacks while pregnant and yes even a meal or two. For some Mamas having one FP meal a day would not allow enough weight gain. Some pregnant Mamas need Crossovers included. I think including some Fuel PUll meals throughout the week would be fine but daily may be a bit too much while you are pregnant.
