When I use beans in recipes, usually soup or chili, I usually sprout them first. I am curious what this would make them since it is supposed to lower the carbs and make your body process them as a vegetable.

have you ever seen a carb count for them? Let me know if you do. I think a small serving in an S meal would be fine.

Okay for one cup of sprouted kidney beans: 53 calories, 7.5g total carbs, 7.7g protein, .9g total fat

Okay that looks fine for an S even, can you let me know the fiber? I bet there is fiber to bring the net carb count down even more. Amazing how sprouting reduces sugars in foods!
